I have founded two profitable companies. Founding teaches what a large company cannot: when you own the P&L, every engineering decision is a distribution decision. I think in funnels, feedback loops, and compounding systems, and I write here about how those systems get built.

Today I lead growth engineering at Opendoor: conversion optimization, organic and SEO/AEO inbound, lifecycle, martech, and AI-driven experimentation across the funnel. Increasingly that means designing AI systems and agents that accelerate entire teams, turning manual growth and engineering work into compounding, automated loops.

For 15+ years I have built the systems that move acquisition, monetization, and retention, including ad-serving and monetization infrastructure at Twitter, and Opendoor's first customer data, experimentation, and attribution platforms standing behind $200M+ in annual paid marketing.
